The Fundraising Committee (a sub-committee of Parish Pastoral Council) is a hands-on group of parishioners dedicated to fundraising activities so as to contribute to the well-being of St. Gregory’s parish community. Such activities will be communicated from time to time. The Committee’s focus is to plan and organize events, encourage fellowship and support ministries of our parish. An initial objective is to direct monies raised towards the rebuilding of safe front entrance steps & railings and mobility-friendly side entrance walkways & railings. We welcome new members to serve on the Committee. If you have experience or an interest in fundraising, please contact the Parish Office 613-476-6276. Volunteer some time and talent. Let’s keep our church vibrant and well maintained physically, socially and spiritually. “From the very beginning, Christians have brought, along with the bread and wine for the Eucharist, gifts to share with those in need” (Catechism of the Catholic Church, 1351). The gift of ourselves —our time, talent and treasure — is an offering. “Pray, sisters and brothers, that our sacrifice” —not only bread and wine, but what they symbolize: our work, struggles, joys, abundance, our very lives— “may be acceptable to God, the almighty Father.”
